Good Old Family Dinner

One of my coworkers at the institute invited a bunch of people over to her place for dinner tonight. She cooked a wonderful meal of Kase Spaetzle with onions and salad. It was delicious. Spaetzle is a type of home-made noodle like thing that can be difficult to get right, but tastes great. And Kase is ... well, cheese. So think macaroni and cheese, but something that actually tastes good. There were six or so of us and it made for a pretty great evening.
